Welcome to the Phoebe Connected Home mobile app ("the Service") provided by Boaz Smart Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). Please read these terms before using the Service. By registering an account or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by them.
The Service provides remote monitoring and control of smart-home devices, including switching devices on and off, setting scenes, triggering automations and receiving device status notifications. The Service must be used with compatible hardware supplied by us or our authorized resellers.

The Service lets you invite other users to manage your home and devices. Consider carefully whom you invite: invited members can see and control the devices you share. You can remove a member's access in the App at any time.
The Service depends on an internet connection, device firmware and third-party cloud services. We will make reasonable efforts to keep it stable but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for interruptions caused by network problems, power outages, device faults, third-party service outages or force majeure.
Important: the Service must not be your only protection for personal safety, medical care or property security. For safety-related uses, always add independent physical safeguards.
The Service and its software, interface, trademarks and documentation, and the related intellectual property rights, belong to us or our licensors. Except as these terms expressly allow, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute or create derivative works from them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
We may revise these terms at any time and will post the revision on this page. If you keep using the Service after a revision, you accept it. You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account yourself in the App (Manage → Settings → Account & Security → Delete Account). If you breach these terms we may suspend or terminate your account.
These terms, and any dispute relating to them, are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), and the Taichung District Court is the court of first instance.
